1. Winning the National Championship in 2008 must have been a great experience. Describe to me what that meant to your hockey career?

Winning the National Championship was unbelievable. To accomplish something so amazing on the same ice sheet that is associated with one of the greatest moments in American sports history made it only that much more unbelievable. As an athlete you always dream of being the best, and I had come so close a couple of different times to being called the best. To finally finish off a season as the best with my teammates all doing everything in their power was awesome. I can now say when I look back at my hockey career, I was at one time the best in the nation, and no one can take that away from me.

2. What has been your biggest individual athletic accomplishment in your time at SNC?

I am not a big stats guy, so in my sophomore year to win the "Unsung Hero" award really meant a lot to me. Even though I did not put up a lot of points for the team, to notice the strong year I had was a big accomplishment for me.

3. Are you going to continue to play hockey after graduation?

When you are a kid you always dream of playing hockey at the professional level; however, when I graduate from St. Norbert I will have a great opportunity to start the next chapter of my life in the business world. It would take the right opportunity for me to consider playing hockey after I graduate.

4. What are your plans for after graduation?

I am very excited to see what is out there for me. If I could draw up a dream plan it would include traveling this summer. I really hope I get the chance to go to Europe for a month or two. After that I would like to find a job in the financial services industry. I would love to be a private equity manager or a portfolio manager some day.
